Operator, scope and business accounts
These terms govern access to the LMT website and software provided by Bridgewood Consulting LLC. Use LMT only if you are an adult authorized to use the relevant business workspace and data. If you act for an organization, you must have authority for the actions you take on its behalf.
A separately signed customer agreement, order form or data-processing agreement may set additional terms. If it conflicts with these terms, that signed agreement controls for its subject matter. Connecting Google or Microsoft is optional and also subject to that provider's applicable terms and your organization's policies.
What the software does
LMT supports CRM relationships, communications, task and calendar workflows, document intake, analysis for human review and pre-LOS handoff. Availability of features, connectors and AI services depends on configuration, permissions, provider approval and the agreed service scope.
LMT is not a lender, a credit bureau, a substitute for professional legal or compliance advice, or an authoritative loan origination system. It must not be treated as the system of record for underwriting decisions, disclosures, closing or funding. Users must review information and complete required decisions in their approved systems. Google account data must not be used through LMT to assess creditworthiness, lending eligibility or underwriting.
Your account and authorized use
Protect account credentials and authentication methods, keep account information accurate, and notify us of suspected misuse. Use only data you are entitled to process, provide any required notices and permissions, and respect workspace access rules.
Do not bypass security or approval controls, access another user's private data, introduce malicious code, use the product unlawfully, infringe others' rights, or send prohibited or unsolicited communications. Your organization remains responsible for its mortgage, privacy, recordkeeping and communications obligations and for determining whether a proposed deployment meets its requirements.
Connected accounts and synchronization
You choose the account, permissions, supported containers and synchronization settings. Grant access only to accounts you are authorized to manage. Enabled synchronization can create, update, complete or cancel supported records in both LMT and the provider service. Check the selected destination and intended effects before authorizing a change.
Synchronization can be delayed or interrupted by provider limits, outages, expired consent, permission changes or unsupported fields. Conflicts and uncertain write outcomes may require review. Keep appropriate records and verify important changes in the relevant service. Disconnecting stops future access through that connection but does not automatically delete copies or undo changes already made.
Connecting an account is not permission to send an email or invitation. Outbound communications and consequential AI actions remain subject to the product's applicable authorization and approval controls. Do not use a connector to bypass them.
AI assistance and appointment booking
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review suggested content, document findings and proposed actions before relying on them. Do not use it as an autonomous eligibility or lending decision.
AI booking uses configured weekly hours, timezone, selected busy calendars and supported availability checks. Keep those settings current. Availability can change after a check, and the service cannot guarantee that an external calendar will never change concurrently. Outside-hours exceptions require the supported user permission; manual actions remain your responsibility. Review the final appointment details and any guest or communication effects.
Content, software and privacy
You and your organization retain your rights in the information you provide. You authorize Bridgewood and its service providers to process that information as needed to provide the requested service and as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable agreements and provider restrictions. This is not a sale of your content or permission to use Google account data for unrelated purposes.
Bridgewood and its licensors retain rights in the software and product materials. Your authorized access does not transfer ownership of the software. Third-party services retain their own rights and are governed by their terms.
Fees, availability and ending access
Fees, usage charges, billing, renewal, cancellation and any service commitments are set out in the applicable order or customer agreement. These public terms do not create a new charge or paid subscription by themselves.
We may update the service and may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal requirements or a material breach of applicable terms. Contact us to arrange termination, export or deletion; those steps are subject to the applicable customer agreement, access verification and lawful retention obligations.
Features and third-party services may be unavailable from time to time. Unless otherwise provided in a signed agreement or required by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it is error-free or suitable for every regulated workflow. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms and will publish the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or appropriate account channels when required. Changes do not override a separately signed agreement without the process it requires.
